        Dear Eliza,
                      I am providing this statement to attest to the residency of student Vincent M. Jansen.
 Vincent spends more than 50 percent of his time at my residence. He has lived in this area most 
of his life, and has looked forward to attending CHS for a few years. There was as separation that
occurred, but I do enjoy having my son at home, and he is here and under my supervision for most
of the week. I will be happy to come in and sign any papers necessary to have this indicated on the
necessary attendance forms.
   When we looked into the transfer, Vince was living in Springfield (over the summer), with the full
intention of attending CHS. However, no mention or information about any specific requirements
was communicated to us, or noticed by us, and we were simply not aware that there were these type
of residency requirements. We geared ever effort we could toward getting him enrolled at CHS, and 
indeed, he qualifies for this requirement because he is here more than enough time during the week.
