Gold Sacks puzzle:

  Several sacks in a room, as many as you like

  Containing many gold coins  - each coin weighing the same amount, whatever you like

  One sack has many fake gold coins each coin weighing the same (but a different amount than above), whatever you like

  You have only one chance at weighing on a scale  whatever you like from above

  How do figure out which sack is the one with the fake gold?
 
 example:  each coin of real gold weighs one pound / fakes are one pound one ounce
                  take one coin from one bag, two from next, three next, and on
                  total weight of all will tell (match) which bag has fakes due to off amount weight X number of coins 
                     taken from fake bag...whatever amount the coins were (1,2,3,4...) were used for weighing test.
                  one ounce difference = bag with one taken to weigh, two ounce = bag with two taken, etc.....
